Geostone Exposed Aggregate Driveway, Yowie Bay

What the job was

A driveway in Yowie Bay, NSW, poured in Geostone ‘Casa’ exposed aggregate. The site sat on a slope, with an existing retaining wall and rock cutting either side of the driveway.

We’re an approved Geostone installer, so it was laid and finished to the manufacturer’s standard.

What we did

We handled the excavation, formwork and pour, then came back to seal the finished surface. The slope made this driveway harder than a flat driveway — getting the levels right and the excavation itself both took more care on the grade. The whole job, start to finish, took 4 days.
