Geostone Exposed Aggregate Pool Surround, Voyager Point

The brief

The owners in Voyager Point wanted a geostone exposed aggregate pool surround that stood out from a plain grey slab and stood up to everyday use. We looked at the space, the surrounding finishes and the look they were after, and talked through the stone and colour options.

What we did

We prepared and set the area, then poured, spread and compacted the concrete before exposing the aggregate to reveal the stone. Once cured, we cut, cleaned and sealed the surface for a durable, high-end finish.

The result

The finished geostone exposed aggregate pool surround in Voyager Point came up clean, textured and hard-wearing, a decorative feature that lifts the property and needs little upkeep.
