Granny Flat Slab, Ramp and Landscaping, Old Toongabbie

The brief

The owners in Old Toongabbie needed a granny flat slab and ramp done properly, with the right base, levels and finish to handle daily use for years to come — plus the landscaping around it finished as part of the same job.

What we did

We prepared the ground, set the formwork and reinforcement, then poured and finished the concrete slab and ramp. Once that was done, we also laid turf, pebbles and paver stepping stones around the finished area as a concrete and landscape package, so the client only had to deal with one crew for the whole job.

The result

The finished granny flat slab, ramp and landscaping in Old Toongabbie came up straight, solid and clean, ready to use and built to last.
